Cable assembly

Flexible dimensions and designs. Cable solutions from the EMS specialist.

Anton Paar ShapeTec offers a comprehensive portfolio in cable assembly. We offer individual solutions for single wire assemblies, cable assemblies or complete cable harness assemblies in small and medium series.

Cable manufacturing. Individual and made-to-measure.

From the cable to the plug, including stripping, terminating, connecting, crimping, and plugging, all the way to insulating and protecting, we configure the optimal solution for you. We can also cut the cables to the desired length, assemble the contacts, assemble accessories and protective hoses, and print labels on them.

Depending on whether we're dealing with prototypes, pre-series or larger quantities, we use manual or semi-automatic production processes. Final quality short-circuit and open-circuit tests, as well as connection tests and high voltage tests, are of course part of our service package. On request, we can provide a micrograph laboratory with crimp height measurement and pull-off test, especially for initial production.

Full-service. From the cable, to the ready-for-sale OEM product.

In line with our motto "everything from a single source", we rely on an exceptionally high level of technological diversity in our company. In addition to cable assembly, we offer component assembly of printed circuit boards using the latest SMT and THT processes in electronics production. We also manufacture mechatronic assemblies and complete devices for you in series.

You concentrate fully on the development of your products. We take care of procurement, production and assembly of all components. We already make products for well-known companies: avalanche beacons, cameras and lighting for waste management systems, various display systems for railway stations, and information terminals for event equipment, to precision measuring instruments. We are your partner for innovative production concepts and 100% quality.
